• N.E.W. Plastics Corp nominated for EXCELLENCE IN BUSINESS Award

• • Julie Davis, Corporate Relations at Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College, took notice of the many things that we are doing as an organization. Julie nominated our organization for the EXCELLENCE IN BUSINESS award. We are proud of the efforts of every team member - just being nominated for this award is a significant accomplishment!
    
    The EXCELLENCE IN BUSINESS Award was created by Advance to help identify and recognize the many ways in which local business has enhanced our area. Recognition will be given to a business that has excelled in efforts and achievements over its two most recent fiscal years. The award will be presented at the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting and volunteer recognition program in early fall.
    
    GENERAL NOMINATION CRITERIA:
    - A company must have 100 or more employees and be located in Northeast Wisconsin.
    - A company must be a member of the Green Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
    - Company must demonstrate response to business success, community involvement, and innovation in business practices.
    - Companies may nominate themselves or be nominated by another Chamber of Commerce member.
    
    Companies that have won this award in the past have include: Carver Boat Corp. LLC, Shopko Stores, Inc., Bay Towel, Inc., Prevea Clinic, Green Bay Converting Inc., Procter and Gamble and Festival Foods.
