Finisher Material Tech - Luxemburg

N.E.W. Plastics Corp is looking for highly motivated, team focused individuals to join our award winning team as Finishing & Materials Technicians.

Job Location
• 110 Frontier Rd, Luxemburg, WI 54217

Hourly Pay
• Starting at $15.00 an hour. Shift premium of $0.75/hr for 2nd shift and $1.25/hr for 3rd shift.

Primary Role
• Inspects finished products and prepares products for shipment. Grinds materials for recycling back into production. Mixes raw materials in quantities to ensure proper color and material consistency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Demonstrates the ability to use all saws and follows safety rules
• Completes production reports and quality control sheets
• Communicates regularly with Line Operator about material concerns
• Prepares the correct materials, colorants and additives for orders or inventory purposes
• Complete all production paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Grinds all scrap and separates properly by color and material type
• Cleans grinder out completely after each color change
• Keeps supervisors informed of the buildup of regrind

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to apply read and interpret instructions
• Ability to problem solve
• Communicate clearly and concisely
